Under standard circumstances, yes. New DISH customers are required to sign a 2-year contract to get the service. The benefit is, as stated earlier, that the price on that contract won’t change during that period. However, some special DISH packages offer pay-as-you-go billing and don’t require a contract.
DISH’s outdoor channel packages that are designed for use with the RV antennas and the users can pay for receivers monthly. Credit checks are not required.
