DISH will schedule a technician visit within a 75-minute window of your choosing. You can track the technician’s whereabouts, and DISH will remind you an hour before the appointment.
All you need to do is be present for the installation and make sure you have all the relevant permissions to install a satellite DISH on your home. It’s a good idea to decide beforehand where the TV and receiver will be in the house to make the technician’s job easier as well.
