You’ll be accountable for all the bills and expenses that incur up to the date of the Verizon account transfer. From this point onward, the person you’ve transferred the account to will be required to cover the billing.
The important thing is that both parties need to agree before the account is transferred. This is similar to agreeing with the terms and services when you sign the contract for the first time.
