Vonage home phone service plans come in two groups, Domestic and International. For domestic callers, there is one plan, and for international callers, there are three plans. All plans have been created to suite your specific needs, depending on how much and in what ways you use your phone service.
All Vonage calling plans are packed with more than 20 great calling features which are all included into one basic monthly fee. Besides the included features, there are Add-on features like a Fax Line (good for a home office line), Virtual Number, Toll Free Plus, and so on. Vonage Home Phone Plans
As already mentioned, Vonage offers domestic and international calling plans. Do not get confused – all plans let you call domestic and international numbers. The difference is in price, and in which areas are included into Vonage's unlimited calling zone. Here is the list of what all Vonage plans include:

Vonage Domestic Plan – North America
The Vonage North America domestic calling plan says all by its name. It is crafted for people that make their calls only or mostly to phone destinations in North America – United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Outside of these four calling areas, this plan offers Vonage's low rates for all other international destinations. The plan comes with free shipping and activation, and it is packed with Vonage calling features. Most of these over 25 features are included into the plan without extra cost (20+ are free). The price of Vonage North America plan is $9.99 per month. This price does not include taxes and fees that may apply. The plan comes with no annual contract. The listed plan pricing is available for new customers only.
Vonage International Plan – World Prime
The Vonage World Prime international calling plan is a step up from the North America plan. Besides the unlimited calling to United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico, this plan also includes unlimited international calling to over 60 countries (see the table below for the full list). In addition, it includes calling to 20+ international mobile numbers. Finally, for all the international destinations outside of unlimited ones, it offers Vonage's best per minute rates. As a standard for Vonage plans, shipping and activation are included, that is, they are free with this plan. No annual contract is required for Vonage World prime plan. This means, the service is on month-to-month bases. The price for Vonage World Prime is $14.99 per month.

Vonage Philippines Plans – 400 and 3000 Minutes
In partnership with the Globe® Group Network in the Philippines, Vonage for Home came up with the two Philippines calling plans. The Globe® Group Network is a leading full-service telecommunications company in the Philippines, including Globe® Mobile and Landline, Touch Mobile™ and BayanPhone.
The two calling plans created for people that call Philippines are:
- Vonage U.S. & Canada 400 Globe® Philippines 400
- Vonage U.S. & Canada 400 Globe® Philippines 3000
The plans are essentialy the same, except two things:
- The number of included minutes for calls to Philippines
- As the names state, the 400 plan includes 400 minutes of calling to Globe® Group Network in the Philippines
- The 3000 plan includes 3,000 minutes of calling to Globe® Group Network in the Philippines
- The number of included minutes for calls to the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico
- The 400 plan includes 400 minutes local and long distance calling in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico
- The 3000 plan includes unlimited local and long distance calling in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico
Once the minutes for Philippines are spent, the price is 11¢ per minute for calls to all Globe numbers exceeding 400 and 3,000 minutes per month (respectively for each plan), and non-Globe calling in the Philippines.

Other features of both plans are that calls to other Vonage customers are included, that is, they are free. Shipping and activaion is free. Standard 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is included as well.
The pricing of Vonage Philippines plans is as follows:
- Plan 400 – $14.99 per month, no annual contract.
- Plan 3000 – $19.99 per month for the first 12 months with 1-year contract. The promotion is available only for new customers. $19.99 per month after first 12 months. Without a 1-year contract, the price for this plan is $19.99/month.

If you subscribe to plans with monthly minutes allotments (for example, U.S. & Canada 400), all call minutes placed from both your home and registered Extensions® phones will count toward your monthly minutes allotment. Extensions® calls made from mobiles use data or airtime and may incur surcharges, depending on your mobile plan. The number transfer process takes approximately 10 business days from the time you confirm your transfer request. Alarms, TTY and other systems may not be compatible. 3 Vonage offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee ("MBG") if you terminate your service within 30 days from the date of your order. Your Order Date is the date you order service or the date Vonage successfully processes your payment, whichever is later. The MBG applies to the first line only and covers the monthly charge, taxes and any shipping or activation fees. Additional lines are not eligible. Vonage MBG does not cover any charges for international calls or usage outside of your service plan, calls to Vonage toll free numbers, any monthly charge for Extensions™ and features or services not expressly included in your monthly plan fee. In addition, not all of the taxes that you paid may be refundable.
